Email signatures are something we all have, (and, if you’re reading this and you don’t have one – stop reading and add one right now) and has become something of a digital business card. Much like a business card, you want your signature to stand out from the rest, and highlight what’s important – without being too over-the-top, of course.
If you’re looking for ways to take your networking and marketing skills to the next level, it may be time to step out of the Gmail or Outlook signature box. In no particular order, here are some killer tools to help make your signature, well…signature.
All in all, you want your signature to be something that makes you stand out in regards to your respective service(s) and skill set(s). In your signature, it’s best to include: phone number, email, website, social media info, your title, and possibly your address (if appropriate). And, oh yeah, your name!
