Our Operations Manager and Licensed Title Agent, Gerri Ellen Larkin has been in the title closing industry for over 19 years and has helped countless people achieve their dream of homeownership!

Gerri Ellen has learned a lot from her time spent in the field and from her two favorite mentors in life; Heather Morris and Terri Murphy. Inspired by her daughter Ryann, Gerri Ellen strives to become a better mom every day. Even though she loves spending time with her family, she also enjoys reading books that depend on her mood. Sometimes she’ll read historic non-fiction or true crime books, but other times she prefers lighter fare like romance novels or comedies. No matter what genre she’s reading, Gerri Ellen loves getting lost in a good story!

Gerri Ellen also loves getting away with her daughter Ryann whenever she can to watch live concerts of Harry Styles and Taylor Swift. A busy day at work is always fun for Gerri Ellen – as long as she can stay focused! 😛 Her favorite animals are her three dogs, and one of her dreams is to go to Rome on vacation someday (we hope her best friend and hubby Scott is reading this ;). In her free time, she likes to watch football and baseball games (her favorite team is the Arkansas Razorbacks), and hang out with friends and family members. Even though Gerri Ellen has accomplished a great deal in her life (and even met famous people like the President, Justice Antonin Scalia and Rick Springfield), she still needs help putting away her laundry (she admits it’s not her strong suit). But that doesn’t stop her from being a very good friend to those closest to her.
