Tatum James

Tatum James is a precloser at Sure Title Company. Her job duties include ordering and reviewing title work, clearing judgments and communicating directly with lenders, agents and clients to gather crucial information needed for the closing. She draws inspiration from her mentor Jenny Martinez at work, as well as Jenna Marbles.

She’s been to many concerts but large crowds of sweaty people ruin it for her. The best place she’s ever visited was Jamaica, although she enjoys reading horror manga and true crime books more than anything else. Tatum loves work get-togethers – she’s always stocked up on cute notebooks, stationary and sparkly gel pens! She also has a penchant for stealing pink sticky notes from her co-workers. Her favorite animal is the fox and her favorite sports team is the Memphis Tigers. Her favorite movie is Howl’s Moving Castle and her favorite food is Hibachi!

Although the most challenging part of her job is waking up in the morning, Tatum is good at building and navigating technology. In fact, she can build custom PCs! Her goal is to improve her communication skills so that she can be an even more effective precloser.
