Earnest money is typically delivered by wire or ACH through your settlement portal. Follow these steps to help protect your funds and keep your closing on track.
1) Get verified instructions
Use the payment link provided by Sure Title Company or your Qualia portal. Do not rely on emailed wiring instructions alone.
2) Confirm details by phone
Call our office using a known number to confirm the account details and amount before you send any funds.
3) Send funds and save your receipt
Complete the transfer and keep your confirmation number. Share it with your agent or our team if requested.
4) We confirm and update your file
Once received, we’ll post the deposit to your transaction and notify the appropriate parties.
