Process at a glance
What happens after you send the contract
- Day 0–1: File opened, parties confirmed, portal invites sent, title search ordered.
- Day 2–7: Title examined; commitment issued; payoffs and HOA info requested.
- Day 7–21: Title requirements cleared; survey, inspections, and appraisal coordinated by the parties.
- 3+ days before closing: Closing Disclosure balanced with the lender; signing scheduled; wire instructions delivered securely.
- Closing day: Sign, fund, disburse commissions, record, and celebrate.
